Abstract The utilization of remote sensing satellite data such as NOAA and GMS enables academic researchers in the field of meteorology, hydrology and vegetation to analyze and observe global dynamic phenomena and perform terrestrial observation. We have been receiving NOAA satellite data for more than a decade, and meteorological satellite GMS data since April 1995. We have been developing the "Satellite Data Center via Network", NOAA and GMS receiving stations combined with digital image preprocessing, a very large capacity archiving system and distribution facility, so that academic researchers can access the satellite image database via the academic network, to promote research in this field. --author's abstract
