The Association of Southeast Asian Nations was established in 1967 in Bangkok. The main objective of the ASEANWEB is to promote ASEAN through the provision of timely, up-to-date and value-added information on the activities undertaken by its Member Countries namely Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The Web site includes statistics, country profiles, trade information, and ASEAN publications.
