"Allied and Alternative Medicine is a unique database covering the fields of alternative medicine and allied health.
The information in this database will be of interest to anyone who needs to know more about alternatives to
conventional medicine, such as: doctors, nurses, podiatrists, and other medical practitioners; therapists; and
members of health care libraries, specialist colleges, self-help groups and the pharmaceutical industry; as well
as allied health professionals like physiotherapists and occupational therapists whose practice is conventional.
Approximately 350 biomedical journals are indexed regularly, and relevant articles are taken from other journals.
